step 4:  Tap Manage Your Off-Facebook Activity option to see your summary of activity done outside of Facebook. If you do not like to share it with Facebook then review the activity hit on the "Clear history" button.

step5:  Select clear history button to delete the summary of activities which facebook collected from the list of mobile apps and websites and it will not reduce the number of ads.

step 6: If you want to access and download the information from Facebook and hit the appropriate options on the screen to do the task.
